DESIGN BRIEF
Our design, in collaboration with AD-WO, envisions a "Vertical Gibi," a space expressed through integrating cultural, study, and contemplative areas. This project tackles the exciting challenge of vertically stacking living environment.
DESIGN DETAIL
Located in Addis Ababa's Bole Rwanda, the Hashim Mustefa Apartment is a B+G+6+Terrace multi-family building with ten residences, a gym, and a co-working space. All Design features collaborate in creating a "Ghebi" ambiance.
The "Vertical Gibi" concept is realized through the skillful interplay of brick, natural light, and abundant greenery, creating an inviting and naturally integrated building envelope. This architectural approach integrates cultural stuck and contemplative
